Had a wonderful experience in the Plymouth store when I went to choose something special on my 60th birthday. Two lovely ladies showed me a good selection of pieces and helped me choose a beautiful necklace, and even offered me a glass of bubbly while I was deciding. They made me feel so special and didn’t rush me, fabulous customer service!

Excellent efficient service. Great selection of products within store. Mo along with Taz gave great advice to help me decide on the correct product. Overall a fantastic experience!

Welcoming staff with a great knowledge of the watch ranges. They have a brilliant attitude of building long term relationships with their customers. The Newbury branch has become our go jewellers again and even persuaded me to buy the Breitling Navitimer 35. Thank you for the excellent Service.

Made a phone call to Fraser Hart Bromley enquiring about a Tag Heuer Watch, spoke to a nice young man called James who checked is stock for me. On our visit to store found James and was shown to a seat. James explained all about the watch and all we needed to know. A very good experience and a salesman who knew all about the item he was selling.

Simon Cooke in Plymouth looked after us when we were buying my wedding ring today. He was very helpful and professional, making the experience perfect. The celebratory champagne was a lovely and unexpected touch. Thoroughly recommend this jewellers.

I want to return my order I get different ordered which I didn't ordered I ordered rs1499 price but the watch I get was rs200 but the bill was rs1400 how I return it and get my refund??? It's very disappointed to customers

Excellent service. Popped in to the Metro Center store in Gateshead today an a whim and came out with more than I planned by spending my birthday money. The staff whose names I didn't get were so helpful and made my visit feel very special. Thank you x

One of my friends had years and years of personal grief as a result of this Company issuing her a faulty engagement ring and not handling the situation with any due care, attention or consideration. Strongly recommend that you avoid at all costs.
